Paracord Burgundy 4mm x 40m

Paracord Burgundy 4mm x 40m is a strong and slightly elastic cord made of polyamide in the core and polyester multifilament in the outer sheath. The name Paracord comes from American parachutists and the cords used to hold parachutes. These cords were used by parachutists and other military personnel for general tasks and were appreciated for their strength and flexibility. Paracord is also known as 550 cord or parachute cord, originally made with polyamide in both the core and outer sheath.

Paracord Burgundy is a 4mm rope/cord with excellent abrasion resistance, flexibility and durability. Paracord (also 550 cord or parachute cord) is popular for tying bracelets, outdoor ropes, lashings, repairs, knots and various general outdoor activities. Our paracord has 7 parallel polyamide strands in the core and a tightly braided polyester multifilament outer sheath. The rope has some elasticity while being strong, UV and water-resistant and abrasion-resistant. 4 mm diameter, 40 meters per spool.
