Rope Store stocks diameters from 3 mm up to 10 mm to handle both simple suspensions and heavy pulling tasks. The flexibility of the cable depends on the number of individual wires it contains. We offer stiffer 19-wire constructions alongside softer, more pliable options made of 114 or 216 wires. Your choice of thickness and wire count dictates how the steel wire rope behaves when tightly tensioned or when running through pulleys and blocks.
