The following terms apply to returns in accordance with our policy:

We do not accept returns of cut lengths of rope or custom-made orders.
Only unopened packages and full coils/spools of ropes and twine are eligible for return.

Select which items you wish to return.
You will receive a receipt via email.
You, as the customer, are responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping using a carrier of your choice. Please, ensure that the shipment is trackable so that the return can be verified as delivered.
Clearly mark your parcel with your order number.

Right to a refund:

Right of withdrawal (non-defective items)
- In accordance with EU distance selling regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- You will receive a full refund of the product value.
- Original shipping costs are not refunded.
- The item must be returned in unused condition and in its original packaging.
Claims (defective or incorrect items)
- If you wish to make a claim due to a defective product or other valid reason:
- Please, describe the issue. Do not return any items until we have reviewed your case to avoid any misunderstandings.
- If the claim is approved, a full refund will be issued, including the original shipping cost.
Refunds are normally processed within 3-5 working days after our claims department has received and inspected the returned goods.
