Mooring & Anchoring

Mooring Lines, Fender Lines and Anchoring Ropes

Here we have gathered products for safe and durable mooring and anchoring of recreational boats and commercial shipping. Braided ropes made from quality materials ensure optimal durability and resistance to shock, pull, UV light and saltwater. Our mooring and anchoring lines are braided from polyester silk for optimal strength and feel. The braiding makes the ropes easy to handle and provides perfect "stiffness." The mooring and anchoring lines are available "ready-made" with spliced loops, thimbles, hooks, or with shock-absorbing rubber springs or metal springs. For larger vessels and fishing boats, we offer heavy-duty ropes with spliced loops for bollards and winches.

Danline is a 2 x 4 braided mooring rope developed for commercial shipping, fishing and large yachts. This rope comes in very thick dimensions (22, 24, 28, 32, 36, 40, 44, 48, 52, 56, 60 and 64 mm) for mooring tankers, passenger ferries, large trawlers, container ships, bunker boats and other commercial shipping. Danline mooring ropes are delivered with loops for bollards at both ends. The ropes have a very high breaking load and are flexible and easy to handle.

Garda 24 is a series of braided ropes specifically developed for mooring motorboats and sailing boats. These ropes have around 20% elongation, making them more flexible compared to other braided ropes. Garda 24 is made of polyester silk in the cover and has a core of PP silk. In this series, you can buy ropes by the meter, with spliced loops, spliced thimbles, spliced hooks, or with spliced thimbles and metal or rubber springs. Garda 24 is also available as ready-made fender lines.

Anchor Line with Reflective Thread comes with a spliced thimble for quick and easy handling. MX Arkö is made from the finest polyester yarns with integrated reflective thread. The reflective line ensures good visibility in the dark. The anchor line is developed to withstand constant exposure to UV light, saltwater and heavy abrasion. When anchoring, ropes are preferred over chains to reduce weight and facilitate handling.
