MX Ultra Racing Red

MX Ultra Racing is a red rope with white marking yarns. The rope is designed for sailors who demand high durability and functionality. MX Ultra Racing has a triple-braided construction (3-5mm has a double-braided construction) with polyester multifilament in the outer cover, polyester wool in the middle and a core of 100% pure HMPE. This construction provides a rope that is very shape-stable and easily passes through blocks, has a very low weight relative to its strength, minimal stretch, very high breaking strength, flexibility, kink-free and easy to handle. MX Ultra Racing features a tightly braided polyester outer cover, which offers excellent resistance to abrasion, saltwater, moisture, UV light and chemicals. MX Ultra Racing is designed for use in running rigging but is also excellent as a towing line in industry, for climbing, lifting lines, halters, scaffolding, arborists and much more.

HMPE (High Modulus Polyethylene) is the material from which Dyneema, Spectra, Dynatech and several other brands are made. HMPE is one of the strongest thermoplastics and is known for its high breaking strength, low weight and minimal stretch. HMPE is stronger and seven times lighter than steel wire. The strength of HMPE allows for a reduction in size while achieving a stronger rope compared to conventional ropes. In addition to its high breaking strength, HMPE stretches minimally, making it advantageous for use in winching and can replace parts of standing rigging where wire is normally used.

How to order? Rope is sold either by the meter, spool, coil or box, depending on the available options under variants. For example, if you purchase 10 m x 4 pcs, you will receive 4 separate ropes, each with a length of 10 meters. The rope is measured automatically and a margin of error of ±10% should be expected. For example, if you need 50 meters of rope, it is recommended to order 55 meters to ensure you receive the correct length.

Right of withdrawal - under the Consumer Rights Directive, private consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase. By purchasing rope by the meter, you agree to have the rope specially cut for you, meaning the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
