Paracord Beige

Paracord Beige is a strong and lightweight elastic cord made with polyamide in the core and a polyester multifilament outer layer. The name Paracord comes from American parachutists and the cords that hold the parachute. These cords were used by parachutists and other military personnel for general work and were favored for their strength and flexibility. Paracord is also known as parachute cord. Originally, the cord was supposed to have polyamide in both the core and outer layer.

Beige paracord is a rope/string with excellent abrasion resistance, flexibility and pliability. Paracord (or parachute cord) is popular for making bracelets, outdoor ropes, lashings, repairs, tying knots and various general outdoor activities. Our paracord has polyamide strands in the core and a tightly braided outer layer of polyester multifilament. The rope has some elasticity while still being strong, UV and water resistant and abrasion resistant. 

The polyamide material is very strong and has some elasticity to avoid being too stiff. The tightly braided outer layer makes the paracord very smooth, pliable and easy to handle. The cord has excellent resistance to abrasion, UV light, tension, water and chemicals.
