Lifting shackle, US red-pin made of hot-dip galvanized steel for heavy lifting and connections. The shackle is a very effective and smart invention for connecting, for example, wire, chain and rope to rings, loops, chains and hooks. It provides a strong and secure anchorage. The size refers to the dimension of the through bolt.

Lifting shackles are used for anchoring, connecting and lifting devices, for example, rope, wire and chain against themselves or against thimbles, hooks, loops, etc. The lifting shackle is often used to attach rope with straps or thimbles to hooks, loops and rings. The lifting shackle has a round body with horseshoe-shaped arms connected by a through screw. The shackles are forged from steel that has been hot-dip galvanized for good corrosion protection.
